It's true that secure rental agreements are super important. I was especially concerned about clearly defining responsibilities for maintenance. I read in <a href="https://paste.rs/uL40L">Saker Uthyrning: Den Ultimata Guiden</a> how important it is to have a detailed clause about who is responsible for what, which saved me a lot of potential arguments with my tenant.
