It's true that secure rental agreements are super important, especially now. I was just reading about the legal aspects of that, and it's a minefield. It reminds me of what I read in <a href="https://paste.rs/uL40L">Saker Uthyrning: Den Ultimata Guiden</a> regarding how to create a safe rental agreement that covers most common issues.
