Joe Lieberman D-Conn. on May 21 unveiled a health care proposal, which would focus on developing cures for chronic diseases, the Washington Post reports. The plan does not address extending health care coverage to the uninsured; Lieberman said he soon will unveil a practical and affordable plan to cover the nation s uninsured, the Post reports.
