That's a great overview of the trends shaping the rental market! I think the point about personalization is spot on. It reminds me of what I read in <a href="https://ideone.com/NK84kF">Framtidens Uthyrning: 7 Trender som</a> regarding how important it is to tailor the rental experience to each tenant's needs.
